River Cruise Singapore Important Information

– Please carry a Valid ID/Passport copy along with you
– Please check the official attraction website on the day of your visit for the operational timings to avoid any inconvenience
– Singapore River Cruise is currently operating at Clarke Quay Jetty only. All other jetties will be closed until further notice.
– Please report at the venue 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
– Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
– For transfers, kindly ensure that you provide exact details at the time of your booking such as the hotel address.
– If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a no show and there will be no rescheduling or refund for it.
– This activity is not wheelchair-accessible.
– The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time
– Pregnant women are not recommended for the Tour.

– Please note: Re-boarding the boat is not allowed once you have disembarked.
