– Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
– Present it at the venue for scanning.
– Once scanned, you can enter the venue.

Sentosa 4D AdventureLand Important Information

– Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
– Check the official attraction website for operational timings on the day of your visit to avoid inconvenience.
– If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
– The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
– Pregnant women or guests with backache are not recommended for this activity
– Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
– Wheelchairs are available at the entrance at no charge (available on a first-come, first-served basis)
– Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
– The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
