– Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
– Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
– Read the instructions , T & C on the ticket
– Present it at the venue for scanning.
– Once scanned, you can enter the venue

Madame Tussauds Singapore Important Information

– Please carry a valid ID/ Passport along with you
– If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it
– Please note that the maximum weight for drivers is 120kg
– Adult tickets will be entitled to 1 Digipass (Digital Photo souvenir)
– Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you wish
– Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable
– This tour is Subject to availability.
– Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
– The pickup / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified by a couple of minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location
– Last show for Marvel Universe 4D is at 6:45 PM and VR last redemption is until 6 pm.
