– Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your tour confirmation voucher in your email.
– Make sure that you check your spam/junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
– Print this voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.

Air Port Drop Off Important Information

– This is a one-way transfer service.
– Please carry a valid ID/Passport along with you.
– Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space.
– You are required to provide us with detailed information on your flight timings.
– This transfer service is available for Terminal 1, 2 and 3 for Dubai International Airport only
– If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
– Limousine and Luxury transfers are available at extra charges.
– Your selected time slot is the pick-up from your location (Hotel/Residence).
– Kindly keep a minimum of 3.5 hrs difference between your flight departure and Pickup from the location.
– Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
